If for any reason any Customer is not completely satisfied with any product purchased by such Customer from Simplinano, the Customer may return the unused portion of the product together with a copy of the purchase receipt to Simplinano within 60 days of the date of purchase, and Simplinano will
(1) credit the Customer’s account for the total purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling charges), or
(2) upon the Customer’s request, replace the product without charge, or
(3) upon the Customer’s request, refund the total purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling charges). Refunds, when requested, will be issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the product unless that method of payment is unavailable, in which case a refund check will be issued to the Customer or Member. Unless the Customer requests otherwise, Simplinano will credit the Customer’s Simplinano account for the purchase price of the returned product.
Credit on account is available for Simplinano product purchases. Refund checks that remain uncashed for more than 180 days will not be honored and the amount of the check, less a processing fee of $15US and a bank cancellation/ stop payment fee of $10US, will be credited to the Customer’s account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
